We're hiring one SDR at One Thing Marketing.

This role is built around booking qualified meetings with home service business owners - quality conversations over volume of calls.

You're a fit if:
  • You've booked meetings for a marketing or lead gen agency targeting home service businesses (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.).
  • You can show your numbers - meetings booked per month, conversion rates, or similar.
  • You're comfortable owning your pipeline, not just working assigned leads.
  • You move fast, communicate clearly, and don't need hand-holding.

What you'll have access to:
  • 3,000+ CRM leads, previous prospects, and a full LinkedIn connection base.
  • Paid Apollo account or equivalent.

Top performers source beyond that to maximize their pipeline and earnings.

What you'll do:
  • Cold calling is a core part of this role - along with email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Reactivate past leads from our CRM and convert them into qualified meetings.
  • Layer outbound on top of the provided contacts to build your own pipeline.
  • Run qualification calls before handing to sales.
  • Maintain clean CRM records with detailed notes.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and common objections.
  • Hit and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.

What counts as a qualified meeting:
  • Home service contractor.
  • $1M+ in revenue.
  • Budget alignment - minimum $1,500/month investment.
  • Decision maker present.
  • Actively interested in growth.
  • Shows up to the call.

What You'll Earn:
  • Base: $600/month.
  • Per cold-sourced qualified meeting: $250.
  • Per reactivated lead qualified meeting: $150.
  • Milestone Bonus → unlock a minimum of $500 extra for hitting goals → with more as you scale.
  • Commission: 2% of contract value on growth packages (uncapped).
  • Top performers earn $3,000-$4,500+/month.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Qualified meetings booked per month (target: 10+).
  • Show rate on booked meetings.
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
  • Appointment-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Revenue generated from your appointments.
